What the project
needed to do.

Tony Jones is a licensed financial strategist on the Gulf Coast whose practice runs on booked conversations. Campbell Digital Studio built his site from nothing to a 130-plus-page Next.js platform on Vercel: a private-bank design system (not the usual fintech blue), scaled into a multi-rail programmatic matrix — audience personas, insurance strategies, plain-English 'is an IUL worth it' answer pages, and email-gated financial calculators — all pointing at a single conversion goal. Because it is a regulated financial site, the build is compliance-first: insurance-based framing throughout, a self-contained disclosure system, and a hard no-fabrication rule (no invented awards, license numbers, testimonials, or return claims). A full lead system — a multi-step roadmap form, inline forms on every rail, Calendly scheduling, and a Resend + Turnstile API that never dead-ends — and a $0 analytics layer that ties booked calls back to the pages and campaigns that produced them round it out.

Tony Jones needed a site that does one job — turn visitors into booked conversations — in one of the least forgiving categories on the web. Financial services is regulated: awards, rankings, testimonials, and performance claims are exactly what advertising rules scrutinize, and the easy path (borrowing trust you can't back up) is a genuine liability. The build had to make a solo strategist read as a credible practice, earn organic visibility across dozens of money topics, and capture leads at every stage of intent — all while staying compliant-on-its-face and inventing nothing.

The whole site funnels to one action — booking a conversation — from every one of its 130+ pagesWhat moved the needle

The deliverables,
line by line.

Campbell Digital Studio built the site end to end on Next.js 15 and shipped it to Vercel. The spine is a 'fractional family office for the 99%' positioning rendered in a private-bank design system, then scaled into a multi-rail programmatic matrix — audience personas, insurance strategies, plain-English answer pages, service-area pages, and email-gated calculators — each page carrying its own real substance and laddering to a single call to action. The conversion layer is complete: a sticky Schedule bar, a multi-step roadmap form, inline forms on every rail, and a lead API on Resend + Turnstile that fails gracefully to Calendly and email rather than dead-ending. Because it is a regulated practice, the build is compliance-first: insurance-based framing throughout, a self-contained disclosure system gated so drafts can't ship, and a hard no-fabrication rule enforced by a pre-launch check that blocks any unfilled placeholder. A $0 cookieless analytics layer captures form and booking conversions with UTM attribution, and a per-page JSON-LD graph plus llms.txt make the practice legible to both search and AI answer engines.

  • Ground-up Next.js 15 / React 19 build on Vercel — 130+ pages across a multi-rail matrix (audience personas, insurance strategies, plain-English answer pages, service areas, tools, and a drip-published blog)
  • Private-bank design system — navy / brass / parchment with editorial serif type, deliberately unlike the interchangeable fintech-blue template most advisors ship
  • Compliance-first build — insurance-based framing throughout, authored to SEC marketing, FINRA-style advertising, and state insurance-advertising standards, with an env-gated disclosure system and a pre-launch bracket-check gate so no placeholder can ship
  • Anti-fabrication discipline — zero invented credentials, license numbers, awards, testimonials, or return claims; trust is built from real, verifiable elements only
  • Full conversion system — a sticky Schedule bar, a multi-step 'Free Financial Roadmap' lead form, inline lead forms on every content rail, and a graceful Calendly-plus-email fallback so a completed form never dead-ends
  • Email-gated financial calculators (LIRP, life-insurance need, retirement, IUL-vs-401k, and more) that turn self-serve research into captured leads
  • $0 cookieless analytics layer — form-submission and Calendly-booking conversion events plus UTM capture, so every booked call ties back to the page and campaign that produced it
  • Lead API on Resend + Cloudflare Turnstile with a honeypot, rate-limiting, and duplicate-flagging — spam-hardened before launch
  • Per-page JSON-LD schema graph + an llms.txt file, so both Google and AI answer engines can read the practice as one connected entity
  • Programmatic-SEO uniqueness discipline — each matrix page carries its own real substance, not spun near-duplicates
  • Next.js 15 / React 19 / Tailwind on Vercel

How the build
earns the call.

Every page ladders to one action — booking a conversation — and captures intent at every stage: a sticky Schedule bar and Calendly for ready buyers, a low-friction multi-step roadmap form for the undecided, and email-gated calculators for research-stage visitors who trade an address for a straight answer. The programmatic matrix earns visibility across dozens of money topics without doorway spam, because each persona, strategy, and answer page carries its own real substance and its own primary keyword. A per-page JSON-LD schema graph and an llms.txt file let Google and AI answer engines read the practice as one connected entity. And the analytics layer — form and Calendly conversion events with UTM capture — means the practice can see which pages and campaigns produce booked calls instead of guessing.

Gives a solo Gulf Coast financial strategist a site that reads as a real practice and does one job well — turn visitors into booked conversations — in a regulated category where most advisors ship an interchangeable template and over-claim to compensate. The site is newly launched, so this is the foundation, not a results report: a private-bank brand, a compliant-on-its-face build that invents nothing, a 130-plus-page search footprint across the topics real prospects search, a complete lead-capture system, and — critically — measurement built in, so the practice can see what's working the moment traffic arrives instead of flying blind.

A regulated financial practice lives or dies on trust, so the whole build is engineered to earn it honestly. The positioning is a 'fractional family office for the 99%' — the coordinated strategy wealthy families take for granted, framed for everyone else — and every page ladders to one action: booking a conversation. The harder, invisible work was compliance and structure. Nothing is fabricated: no invented credentials, no fake testimonials, no promised returns. Instead the site is authored to be compliant-on-its-face to SEC marketing, FINRA-style advertising, and state insurance-advertising standards, with a disclosure system wired in from the start and a pre-launch check that blocks any unfilled placeholder from shipping — and a multi-rail content matrix (personas, strategies, plain-English answers, tools) that earns search visibility without doorway spam. Campbell Digital Studio ran the strategy, the design system, the build, the conversion architecture, and the analytics end to end.Studio rationale
